Ben commented that yesterday's entry was a classic variant of my stories, ie it had no point.
Well of course not. It was a slice of life post, there was no point - beyond that woman being mental. And it ended, you can't complain about "The End."
There is a POLS bus trip today, and Nic and I have "made the effort" and will be going. The theme is famous politicans, so Torshin missed out on that one. I will be going as me, wearing orange. Or possibly "turkey under glass."
This will be my second bus trip, and I plan on not getting as drunk as the last one, for two reasons.
Firstly last time I was so drunk that I tried to get into the neighbours house. This was at the Chataeu, and I simply walked to the wrong appartment, one number different. Opps. I imagine I scared the shit out the asian guy that eventually had to come down and scream "wrong house" at me. I wasn't being loud, or angry, I just couldn't figure out why my key didn't work in the lock.
Ben did the same thing, to the same house after James' and his "incident" in town. So we might add that to the the TBALC regs. I also slept spread out in a giant starfish on the bed. A giant starfish I tells you, no room AT ALL for anyone else. Sara went downstairs and slept on the couch. I was drunk, and very uncooperative. (Apparently)
Secondly, my thesis supervisor will be on this bus trip (!?) along with the lecturer for the course I tute, so that will be interesting. Nic and I plan on not getting so drunk as to start slagging off America more than usual. Well at least not to her. And hopefully noone will mention theses at all. We can but hope.
