Clinical: Trauma
Findings: There is a small displaced volar plate avulsion fracture from the base of the middle phalanx. No other injury seen.
I now open the floor for people to make a rap, poem, story, or explanation from the above.
Note: Poems must conform to international ICC Poem Fest 2003-2004 World Series rules and bylaws. Raps must be acceptable to Auld School, Nu School, West Coast and East Coast Rap Fraternaties respectively. Respect. Stories must make special mention of, or use of, "Phalanx." Explanations will be judged on their individual merits, and are subject to no additional constraints.
