Four things, that are not like the other.
Mall Action
Last week Ben finally convinced Nic that we needed to go to Eastgate. This was partly to try Carnivores (home of honey chicken) and partly to witness the power that is the mostly fully armed and operating Eastgate Mall. You might remember it as Linwood Mall. But only if you be auld skool, a'ight.
The mall is indeed mighty. It is huge, and stretchers on for miles. It has an atrium which we are sure was custom built for squadie incursion through the roof.
It has a lovely water feature that towers up fully 100 million gajillion space credits.
Carnivores was acceptable food, but in future I will stick with Crazy Kebabs, and their two burgers for $5 action. That is right James, whilst you have been away the Kebab masters have fled Northlands to Eastgate, where they have added chips to their arsenal. About time.
Online Banking
Is nifty. I needed to pay some dude for something. I had his bank account number, (thanks to the Nigerians) and online banking was up to the challenge (technical though it might seem) of sending him some of my money. Good work online banking. Sucks to other places that have shitty systems. Side note to this, WP(-T) sent me a letter yesterday asking if I would like to apply for a UC Visa. I already have one of these, and have had it for over two years. MOOB.
Bogan's Can't Park
Picton has new neighbours. They might not be fully fledged bogans, but they shall be labelled such by me due to their combined failures to park. There is a car park next to their flat, in the past our neighbours (including the guy with the huge tank SUV) simply parked in this car park. They perhapds did a three point turn, but they parked it.
The new people have parked there once. It took not a three point turn, but a one hundred and three point turn. It is not that hard. They were driving that well known gian car, the three door Honda Civic. Suck to them. Since their failure, or rather their slowness, they have given up on parking in their carpark, and now park on the street. Aahaha. They also have dumb friends, who park in the drive so that the other flat has to come and ask them (they tried asking us, but we are not so stupid/annoying as to have parked in the way) to move the car. They have only been there three days, and the other neighbours have had to ask them more than once. Muh. Muh. Muh.
Ebay Auction Action
I won an auction on ebay. There were no sniper bids and so it was cheap for me. Nice.
