MYST

I want candy, do be do be do be do do. This has nothing to do with the body of this post. As far as I can tell. (The title stems from the fact that there is a copy of the game sitting on Dan's desk. That is all)

NPT (now also appearing on Tark's shirt) pointed this out to me.

The girl, Karnamoni Handsa, had to be married quickly because she had a tooth rooted to her upper gum, which is considered a bad omen by her Santhal tribe in the remote village of Khanyhan, about 60 kilometres (37 miles) from Calcutta.

"Members of the village jury asked us to get her married to a dog or to face the bad omen," the girl's father was quoted as saying by the AFP news agency.

I am interested in knowing what "to face the bad omen" would entail. However I'm sure everyone will be pleased to know that this marriage won't effect her later life and in fact "she will be able to remarry without first divorcing the dog (which she has promised too look after.) Nice one. Eat my ethnocentricity.

For those of you who have read Wasp by Erick Frank Russell, here you go.
