It has become apparent over the last few years that the postgraduates of the Political Science Department have become increasingly indolent, effeminate and lethargic. This is intolerable behaviour, and we, the manly-and-militantly-feminist-in-a-good-way History Department postgraduates have taken it upon ourselves to fix you. Figuratively speaking. Dialogue has not owrked. Gentle derision has not worked. Beer has not solved this problem. There is only one method of persuasion left available - one that is not only in keeping with international precedent but also with the best traditions of the humanities. War. Keeping with the UN mandate, we propose paintball, the Sunday after the Stein, McLeans Island followed by drinks and a BYO BBQ during which war stories can be explained, exaggerated, and mocked.
