Random.

"The satellite landed in our home. Maybe this means we'll have good luck this year," the tenant of the wrecked apartment was quoted as saying by the newspaper.

Uhuh. Sure you will. Sure you will. Or maybe it means you won't. Who can say.

Updated: Five seconds later I look at slashdot, and see the same quote about the same thing. However not everyone who trolls this reads slashdot, so I'll leave it up. And sucks to those that are forced to read it twice.

Additionally, upon slashdot I did spy a trailer for the ROTK:EE, 50 minutes more. Fifty minutes! Get the to downloading (or try here)

oh my fricking god. 50 _more_ minutes of "oh sam" "oh mr frodo sir". 50 _more_ minutes of poignant frowning and haloed slow-mo elf speak. 50 _more_ minutes of agonising waiting for the end you know happens anyway because you so should not have had the jumbo mega drink right at the start. i was hoping the extended edition would be a much snappier movie with all that sappy end bit cut in favour of an action packed finish. you know, the kind of editing that makes a movie better than the book? oof.
