Hot off the wire (care of Si) we have the following announcement:
The game [World of Warcraft]will be available for purchase in both [Australia & New Zealand] regions at the same time as in North America and Korea, marking the first simultaneous release of an MMORPG in these four regions.
AND there was much rejoicing. We had feared all sorts of feary things about delays, and bolloxy server locations and stuff, and not being able to play for ages, forcing us (forcing!) to play EQ2 until WOW was available. But fear no longer binds us.
Well it binds Waz, but that is a whole other story.
Rocking.

Posted by: tark on October 19, 2004 09:04 PMBye Bye Torchure and Silent Shogun. It was fun while it lasted. Its not you guys, its me. I just can't afford to play more than one online character at the moment. Maybe when I get a full time job... yeah, maybe then.
