The only reason that I will sanction the remake of Charlie and the Chocolate factory is because it is by Tim Burton and stars Johnny Depp. So there. Sanction mind, not anything more. I certainly don't think it was necessary, or even sufficient (baha).

The love interest is totally hot, though those giant pants will probably be changed as that would detract somewhat, and I bet that they change the story so the martians don't kill her at the end.
